Our SSHJ dual shaft mixer is the mixer which can mix feed powder, sawdust and others evenly. They also can be used for mixing powder with water to adjust the material moisture.
The mixing time of our mixer is short (40seconds-90 seconds/group );the degree of homogneity is high (CV<5%)
Our dual shaft mixers can be matched with air driven opening discharge which can discharge the material automatically. Full-length open door structure ;no material leakage ;the discharge speed is fast,and there is no residual .
The operation speed is low ,the blending efficiency is high ,the action is gentle ,various liquids can be added .
It is appliable to industries such as bed blending ,livestock farming ,aquatic product breeding ,additive ,chemical industry ,medicine and so on .
